Your main responsibility will be attracting and hiring the best talent on the market by networking and ensuring our presence as an attractive employer within the tech and product field. You will be part of a fantastic team in an engaging, fun, and agile environment. Since the HR team is small but expanding, you will also be, together with the team,  responsible for more general HR tasks as well as employer branding and employee activities.

As our new tech recruiter, we believe that you have strong expertise and experience of recruitments within product and tech and that you independently can handle several recruitment processes simultaneously with a good outcome. You are used to working with process improvement and creating new ways of doing things together with stakeholders and engineers. 

This is a full-time position based in our office in Stockholm. During this specific time, we follow the local guidelines and work both remotely and at the office. 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Be the expert in finding top tech talents to be our next colleagues 
  • Take ownership and handle recruitments within product and tech, from identifying, attracting, sourcing, and interviewing to sign and close, together with the recruiting managers.
  • Make sure the recruitment processes within product and tech are of the highest professional standards 
  • Make sure that recruitment and its processes meet the internal needs and dynamics to the organizational development
  • Cooperating closely with managers and other stakeholders in order to deliver on targets
  • Creating and maintaining a candidate base of qualified candidates

We believe that you are a people person and a great relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You stand out in your creativity; always seeking new ways and tools to approach top tech talents and looking for the new hidden sources of candidates. We also believe that you are a team player, eager to work closely with your colleagues to reach common goals with a mindset to constantly improve and develop yourself as well as others in all you do. You are business-oriented, unafraid of thinking outside the box, and used to managing several tasks at the same time. You have great interpersonal skills, a humble personality, and an ability to spread energy around you. 

Apart from that we also believe that you have…

  • A University degree, preferably within business or HR
  • Minimum of 3 years of sourcing and recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment company or in-house recruiting role in a high growth, fast paced environment
  • Good understanding of technology and technical skills
  • Previous experience from search and recruitment within tech is a must, preferably both in Sweden and globally and an interest and understanding of the tech scene, as well as the lingo, is preferable.
  • Experience of using modern recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn and Github.
  • Great networking skills and an ability to gain trust
  • Drive and ambition to always find ways to improve the quality of your work
  • Ability to navigate and prioritize among a wide variety of stakeholders 
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • An interest in animals is always nice, since we have the pleasure of having plenty office dogs
