FirstVet is the first truly digital veterinary clinic. We let pet owners meet with licensed veterinarians via their mobile or computer. Our solution contributes to a more balanced and better functioning care process for all parties. By providing a first point of contact for all pet owners FirstVet makes pet care more available, more efficient, and more qualitative.

Your main responsibility will be attracting and hiring the best talent on the market by networking and ensuring our presence as an attractive employer. You will be part of a fantastic team in an engaging, fun, and agile environment. Since the HR team is small but expanding, you will also be, together with the team,  responsible for more general HR tasks as well as employer branding and employee activities. 

We have set the bar high, not only for recruitment goals but also for diversity, candidate experience, and keeping our organisational culture fantastic and familiar as we continue to grow. As our new team member, we believe that you have strong expertise and experience of recruitments and that you independently can handle several recruitment processes simultaneously with a good outcome. You are used to working with process improvement and creating new ways of doing things together with stakeholders and engineers. 

This is a full-time position based in our office in Stockholm. During this specific time, we follow the local guidelines and work both remotely and at the office. 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Be an expert in finding top talents to be our next colleagues, Sweden and potentially globally
  • Responsible for the overall recruitment processes and to ensure that the recruitment process is of a high and professional standards 
  • Make sure that recruitment and its processes meet the internal needs and dynamics to the organizational development
  • Close cooperation with managers and other stakeholders in order to deliver on targets

We believe that you are a people person and a great relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You stand out in your creativity; always seeking new ways and tools to approach top talents and looking for the new hidden sources of candidates. We also believe that you are a team player, eager to work closely with your colleagues to reach common goals with a mindset to constantly improve and develop yourself as well as others in all you do. You are business-oriented, unafraid of thinking outside the box, and used to managing several tasks at the same time. You have great interpersonal skills, a humble personality, and an ability to spread energy around you. 

Apart from that we also believe that you have…

  • A University degree, preferably within business or HR
  • Minimum 3 years of sourcing and recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment company or in-house recruiting role in a high growth, fast-paced environment
  • Great knowledge in modern recruitment tools such as LinkedIN and boolean search to track the best canddiates on the market 
  • Previous experience from headhunting or recruitment in an international setting is preferable 
  • Great networking skills and an ability to gain trust
  • Drive and ambition to always find ways to improve the quality of your work
  • Ability to navigate and prioritize among a wide variety of stakeholders 
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • An interest in animals is always nice since we have the pleasure of having plenty of office dogs
