FirstVet 🐶 has since we started in 2016 been building a digital platform aiming to create a world where every pet can thrive, not just survive - no matter the circumstances.

The role:

Being the Partner Project Manager means being at the heart of the commercial projects we run with our partners. You’ll have a central role in managing internal as well as, to some extent, external stakeholders in important projects. Your main mission will be to make sure we are aligned in our different projects across all our markets and partnerships. To make this happen you need to have amazing project management skills and, if possible, even better interpersonal skills. Your ability to stay on top of projects, quickly understand what’s important (and what’s not) and see where we should focus to improve and optimize existing partnerships will be a large part of your job.

The Partnership Team is currently a two person team who are always on the lookout for the next tech setup to make the daily lives better for us and our partners. That means we help our partners understand the API documentation, setup new workflows in Zapier or hack together a new Apollo → Hubspot → Calendly integration to drive partner acquisition in the US. We’re big on trying new things and expect you to come full of ideas on new things we have to try!

Your responsibilities:

🤝 Manage ongoing work streams and projects simultaneously together with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met.

💡 Identify and execute ways to increase activation and utilization of new and existing partners.

🚚 Align internal efforts, projects and initiatives across all markets and make sure that we are working according to best practices.

The person we are looking for:

🎓 University degree within relevant field

💼 2-5 years of working experience

🌍 Fluency in English and Swedish, both in speech and writing.

Apart from the above-mentioned requirements, it goes without saying that an interest in animals is highly desirable. We’re a pet-oriented organization and it’s not unusual to run into our office dogs or for a cat 🐈‍⬛ to join our Zoom calls!
