FirstVet is the first truly digital veterinary clinic. We let pet owners meet with licensed veterinarians via their mobile, tablet or laptop. This role is based in Stockholm with the flexibility to work from home.
Working hours:
- Friday- and Monday evenings 18:00-22:00 and Saturdays and Sundays 10:00-16:00 and more if needed.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage our customer service through phone calls, e-mail and social media.
- Manage urgent scheduling/ rescheduling and veterinary support
- Handle referral responses and assist in referrals in general
- Being updated with emergent information from the clinic and inform veterinarians of any information needed from the clinics.
- Answer simple tech questions and forward them to the tech team when needed

The person we are looking for has:
- University degree as a veterinary nurse
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably with customer service and referral administration
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate and prioritize among a wide variety of stakeholders
- A humble personality
- An interest in animals is always nice
- Fluent in English, Swedish and preferably other nordic languages
